Deposits must be made through a personal bank accountregistered within the user’s country of residence. Where applicable, SWIFTverification may be required. Failureto meet payment requirements may result in limitations to available fundingmethods. Accounts that remaininactive for a continuous period of three months may be subject to a 10%monthly charge on the remaining balance. Regular account activity helps avoidadditional charges.

ClientCare & Resolution
Dispute Resolution Process
Orven Path encourages all disagreements to be addressed throughdirect communication and good-faith discussions between the involved parties. If a mutual resolution cannot bereached, the matter may be submitted to confidential arbitration under the ICC ADRRules. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English, take place in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines or another location agreed upon by bothparties, and be handled by a single arbitrator. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding. Arbitrationwill serve as the exclusive method for resolving disputes under this agreement.
Account Protection Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentialityand security of their login credentials and account access information. Orven Path is not responsible forunauthorized access, account misuse or losses resulting from failure toproperly protect account details.
Accuracy of Registration Information
Users confirm that all information provided duringregistration is complete, accurate and kept up to date. Where an account is created on behalf of an organization, usersconfirm they have the necessary authority to represent and act on behalf ofthat entity.
